Striking: The focus of this class is on how to properly strike the soccer ball. Items addressed will include but not be limited to striking with the laces, inside/outside of foot, volleys, half-volleys, and side volleys.  Each session begins with body movement exercises designed to move better as an athlete.  Each session ends with a striking game. 

Goalkeeping: Sessions will teach catching techniques involving fielding low balls, diving, and high balls. Other techniques such as dealing with breakaways and distribution is a popular topic and will be stressed. GKs will be placed in activities with the strikers regularly.  Games at end of each day involve realistic striking and goalkeeping battles.
