SPEED & Agility

The Speed & Agility program is a high tempo and fun class for individuals who are look to improve their overall athletic performance. Emphasis is placed on proper running technique, athletic agility, balance and core stability and the basic introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.  These are highly important in establishing one athletic base for peak performance, injury prevention and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. Each session lasts 60 minutes.
